Acadie 2003-2005
Acadie 2003-2005 is building communication and marketing alliances among organizations in preparation for 2003-2005 events commemorating the arrival of the French in Acadie. We want to share the story of Acadie's history with the world, by celebrating our colourful communities and cultural traditions. Festivals and events from Pubnico to Clare and from Port Royal to LaHave will display the best of Acadie to our visitors |
My name is Jeffrey deViller and last summer during the Congres Mondial 2004 I filmed a 90 minute documentary on the Acadians. It contains over 70 interviews on topics such as the Acadian Culture, Traditions, Food, Music, Religion, and More. |
Pubnico Historic Village The Historical Acadian Village of Nova Scotia invites you to step back in time and discover the construction and restoration of a village to depict Acadian life from the mid-1600s to the late 1800s. |
