Comment: I really like this page.I can't find the picatures of the
farms. Someone told me about them but I can't seem to find it. Well Bye
Comment: Enjoyed the web pages. Its been twenty five years since
I've been to Yarmouth. My grandparents were from there and Surettes Island.
Since my father resently passed away I had a sense of need for roots and
simplier things.
Comment: Thought that I would check into the site once again. Hello!
to all the friends and relatives of Yarmouth. I would like to hear from
any classmates of Yarmouth High. I graduated in 1968 (30 years ago) amazing
how time flies. I worked in the Bank of Montreal(Yarmouth)and then taught
at Nova Scotia Newstart. Left Yarmouth in 1971, to teach at Sir Sandford
Fleming College, School of Natural Resources. Still here 27 years later.
Hope to hear from someone that I could keep in touch with. Some of you
may know my brother-in-law, Martin Doucette. He was the manager of the
Yarmouth Liquor store for years. Best regards Don

Comment: I was wondering if Yarmouth area has a historical society/org
My aunt came from the Yarmouth area and I have some old photos taken at
the turn of the century of the down town area which I would like to let
them have. The quality of the photos are still exceptional. If you can
let me know of the group or other interested groups in the area, I would
appreciate hearing from them. My voice line during the day, (902)-426-3412,
home (902)- 865-8155. Thanks. Oh by the way, great web site! Cheers. borden

Comment: With regards to the Utkubok Trail: Do you have any pictures
of the signage from the trail? Do you have any leads to sources of funding
for the development of such trails? I work for a local health clinic called
United Indian Health Services and we are trying to install something similar
on 20 acre parcel adjacent to our clinic. Thank you, Laura Kadlecik

Comment: We will be in Yarmouth in May, from the 15th till the 18th
visiting friends. They gave us the home page to see. I have been to Nova
Scotia many times but i have never been to Yarmouth, and we truly want
to go there. It is possible that we might move there when i retire, but
thats not for another 15 yrs....so until then we will just have to keep
visiting. This is not totaly a pleasure trip, we will be looking at the
feasibility of expanding our business, possibly in the Yarmouth area. However,
if i dont find a suitable location this trip....i will just have to go
there again, and again, and again............. Signed, Brian Barnes
Comment: Great page, I'm from Yarmouth. I find this page could use
some more pictures, preferably that beautiful house at 9 James Street.
Comment: Just browsing, and thought I'd say hi. It's nice to keep
in touch with my home town.
