Havelock: Mullen Farm

pic 0907.The  Mullen farm near the Baptist church in Havelock drains into both the Tusket and Meteghan watersheds. The northeast corner  obviously does not comply with municipal bylaws stipulating 300ft+ setback distances from any watercourse.The southwest corner of the farm has a large stinkpipe and a recently -dug trench leading effluent to a tributary  stream heading south .
